Organiseplus is committed to satisfying the needs of our clients with outstanding customer service. We rely upon a mutual understanding for both parties to agree that the job is completed within the agreed commitment time. Service:We offer a prompt friendly professional service; all care is taken to complete the work carried out with integrity and compassion. Payment:An invoice will be presented at the completion of the job for immediate payment or by electronic transfer same day. Cancellation:We understand unforeseen circumstances can occur and you may need to alter a scheduled appointment time - we are happy to reschedule should we receive at least 48 hours notice. If the job is cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment time a fee of $120 (inc gst) will be applicable. Confidentiality:A written agreement is available any time for the customer to view or wishing to receive a copy. We appreciate the importance of privacy working in your home or office. The utmost care is taken to protect you.
